Alegreindustrial Studio is revolutionising the chair market with two new designs

Industrial design company Alegreindustrial Studio was set to take part in an exhibition at the Valencia Disseny Week, showing off its two latest creations – the TNK A500 chair and the UKA chair for ACTIU – as examples demonstrating the creative processes used by the studio’s industrial designers. Alegreindustrial’s products stand out from the crowd because its designers take time to reflect upon each and every stage of the product design process, giving rise to technical innovations that bring new sensations to everyday objects. This exhibition has offered visitors the chance to experience these differences for themselves, see them, touch them and feel them, as well as giving them a better understanding of the creative process by providing details of the «Making of» each design. The exhibition has explain how innovation and creativity are the future.

The exhibition opened on Wednesday 19 September at 7 pm in Studio 2 at number 42 Calle del Mar, Valencia (Spain). The two chairs on display have been great successes so far this year. The TNK A500 office chair for ACTIU has been awarded the Red Dot Product Design Award 2012, one of the world’s most prestigious international product design awards. The UKA chair, the studio’s latest creation, will have its official début at Feria Hábitat Valencia, Spain’s most important furniture fair. The chair will be on display at ACTIU’s stand.

Alegreindustrial Studio has more than 10 years of experience behind it and specialises in product design. The Alegreindustrial team views design as a global concept applied to the entire development process, where sustainability, usability, efficiency and looking after the environment are key to each and every one of the products created. Alegreindustrial acts as a bridge between design and production, with the aim of providing creative technical innovations that improve people’s day-to-day lives.
